Lead Engineer - Wind

1. Working as lead Engineer and ready to work under shift duty for trouble shouting of regular & emergency breakdown on the wind and associated parts i.e , Switchgear, IGBT , Gearbox , hub and bottom panel with adhere to SOP & checklist on associated WTG.

2. Planning & execution to adhere preventive maintenance schedule with tracking on closer punch points to 100% compliances.

3. Ensuring PTW & Store compliances with SAP permit system.

4. Ensuring statutory compliances and Adherence to EPM processes & timelines as per internal & external audit reequipment.

5. Relationship mgmt. and coordination with Discom, SLDC, local government authorities6. Sending daily/weekly/monthly generation and safety MIS report

6. Ensuring data flowing to SLDC & forecasting schedules.

7. Strong drive towards cost optimisation and drive innovation / best practices at site level

8. Ensuring large corrective maintenance plan and co-ordination with internal team for attending on timely manner.

9. Inventory tracking and raised PR in system for materials requirement on the WTG.

10. Ensuring safely work completion with all necessary required PTW/ LMRA/ LOTO and tagging system.

11. Monthly PPEs & Tools healthiness checks with ensuring to 5S GEMBA

12. Preparation and do work with maximum optimisation on spares by ln house repairing solutions.
