Lead Engineer - Wind

'1. Working as O&M Engineer and ready to work under shift duty for Monitoring plant performance to achieve maximum generation with designed power curve ensuring minimum downtime of WTGs.

2. Operation and maintenance of Wind turbine, Switchgear & BOP equipment and support to team for troubleshooting on turbine adhere to SOP & checklist on associated WTG.

3. Planning & execution to adhere preventive maintenance schedule

4. Ensuring PTW & Store compliances with SAP permit system.

5. Ensuring statutory compliances and Adherence to EPM processes & timelines as per internal & external audit reequipment.

6. Relationship mgmt. and coordination with Discom, SLDC, local government authorities

7. Sending daily/weekly/monthly generation and safety MIS report

8. Ensuring data flowing to SLDC & forecasting schedules.

9. Planning & execution of works at site and insuring CAPEX, Capitalization & De-capitalizations.

10. Coordinating with OEM and vendors for SCADA & TCA compliances also check and plan any DM work required for WTGs.

11. Strong drive towards cost optimization and drive innovation / best practices at site level

12. Ensuring large corrective maintenance plan and co-ordination with respective OEMs for planning & completion of task.

13. Coordinating with local communities and identify CSR activities to insure smooth operation.

14. Inventory tracking and raising PR for timely spares availability with co-ordination of CC team.

15. Provide training and mentoring to junior engineers, technicians, and O&M personnel.
