Job Description
- Monitor and analyze wind turbine performance data to identify and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal performance of the wind turbines.
- Coordinate with site teams for schedule/preventive/corrective maintenance/inspections of wind turbines.
- Follow-up on troubleshoot for mechanical and/or electrical issues
- At central level, support the development of alternate products, focus on digitization of processes and continuous process improvement to reduce the operating costs of assets.
- Collaborating with new age technologies to uplift the wind turbine performance.
- Preparation of technical SOPs , auditing wind turbines to ensure nominal condition of the wind turbines.
- Maintain and operate technical governance for the operating wind portfolio.
- Provide reports and presentations to the leadership on the operating status of the windfarms on technical front.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the organisation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Travelling to renewable sites.

I think the company should talk to its lower departments and take their suggestions on how we can move the company forward and where we can bring the project and how we can work on it.
The company should take its guest house in such a place from where it is easy to access everything and the market and all these things are nearby for the children and the employees as well.
