Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Chinchpokli, Tata Realty Corporate Office
Employment Type: Third-Party Payroll
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled SAP Specialist to join our HR department. The ideal candidate will have experience in SAP for booking invoices, creating Service Entry Sheets (SES), Purchase Orders (PO), and managing vendor payments through the finance department. Additionally, the candidate will maintain employee files, assist with HR-related MIS, manage data, and handle HR-related vendor payments. The role also includes managing attendance, payroll, and payments for third-party employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Book invoices, create SES, and PO in SAP.
Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely vendor payments.
Maintain and update employee files.
Assist in HR-related MIS and data management.
Handle payments for HR-related vendors.
Manage attendance, payroll, and payments for third-party employees.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with SAP
Strong understanding of invoice booking, SES, PO creation, and vendor payment processes.
Excellent organizational and data management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in HR-related MIS and data management.
Familiarity with managing third-party employee processes.
Work Environment:
Office-based role at Tata Realty Corporate Office, Chinchpokli.
