Job Description
Job description:
An experienced and highly skilled NOC Technical Lead RAN /EPC Core to lead Network Operations Center team. Candidate having extensive experience in the operation, maintenance, and management of RAN and Evolved Packet Core (EPC) networks, with strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
- Managing entire NOC Operation
- Ensure Network Ops Governance with L2, L3 on weekly basis
- Management Reporting on network Health and Statistics.
- Lead and mentor a team of NOC engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Lead the resolution of complex network incidents and problems, ensuring timely and effective response.
- Responsible to work with CGM BSNL
Key Roles
Lead and mentor a team of NOC engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of the NOC team.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of RAN and EPC core network to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
Develop and enforce operational procedures and best practices for network management.
Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to align network operations with business objectives.
Develop and execute strategies for network optimization and capacity planning.
Analyze network performance data and implement improvements to enhance network efficiency and user experience.
Plan and manage network upgrades and expansions.
Conduct thorough root cause analyses for major incidents and implement preventive measures.
Establish and maintain incident management processes and escalation procedures.
Act as the primary point of contact for RAN and EPC core network issues within the NOC.
Foster strong collaboration with engineering teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with senior management and provide regular updates on network performance and issues.
Lead the resolution of complex network incidents and problems, ensuring timely and effective responses.
