Job Overview:
The O365/M365 Administrator responsible for the overall M365 management, planning, and operations of the TCL M365. This includes ensuring high availability, performance, and security of M365 facilities. The role involves leading a team of IT professionals, coordinating with various departments, and managing vendor relationships. should have experience on Windows Servers and Microsoft Products
Should be strong in Online Exchange and Active Directory, Ironport

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. (Preferred)
Experience:
oMinimum of 8 years of experience
oProven experience in managing large-scale m365, AD
Skills:
oStrong leadership and team management skills.
oknowledge of data center technologies, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization.
oExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
oStrong understanding of security and compliance standards.
oEffective communication and interpersonal skills.
oExperience on Windows Servers (Win11, Win 2016/2019/2022)
oExposure to Openstack, AIOPS, Vmware
Certifications:
oRelevant certifications MS Certification
