Role & responsibilities

Job Description

Relevant experience Hands on experience on Ericsson and Nokia radio technologies for network performance optimization.
Experience on RF Optimisation for 2G, 3G, 4G & 5G radio site, Augmentation Sites, Optimization etc., 5G Optimisation experience is a must
Experience in conducting network capacity and performance analysis, produce analysis result to support capacity and optimization plan.
Experience in Maintaining network performance by addressing market performance offender sites through optimization activities. (Interference/Deviation analysis)
Hands on experience in optimization-oriented troubleshooting of 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G networks to improve KPIs.
Experience in executing RF performance activities in customer projects independently.
Analysis of KPIs, investigation and improvement of network quality problems
Analysis of neighbor relations and implementation of corrections
Customer problem investigation
Troubleshoot system problems such as call drops, dropped connections, handoff failures and interference issues.
Perform root-cause analysis of RF issues to meet target KPIs.
Recommend parameter changes to improve performance and prepare status reports.
Generate scripts for RF optimization.
Experience in Troubleshoot service affecting broken cellular sites.
Experience in performing network parameter audit.
Experience in performing site acceptance work of KPI assurance for new build and capacity augmentation projects.
Experience in managing network capacity for events and monitoring KPIs during the event to ensure service level.
Skills and Experience Wireless Network technology understanding and know-how.
2G/3G/4G & 5G and optimization and acceptance experience
5G technical know-how is required.
Ericsson || Nokia Equipment / RF Optimization Experience is a must have.
Radio Network Optimization experience on an 4G/5G network
Good knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G KPIs - expertise in creating and analysis of statistical KPI reporting
Experienced in Cluster KPI Optimisation of OSS as well as DT KPIs
Strong skills in analyzing layer 3 messaging. 5G experience is a must
