General Manager - Hybrid Connectivity Services

This Director role is a position within Tata Communications, Core and Next-Gen Connectivity Services unit. This position will be responsible for: (1) Develop and execute comprehensive NPI project plans, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy and AOP targets. (2) Manage the entire NPI lifecycle, from ideation to launch, including planning, execution, and post-launch evaluation. (3) Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely product launch. (4) Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on project status to senior management.

Director of NPI team in Hybrid Connectivity Services organization is the key role in ensuring timely product launch to capture the market growth. The NPI leader will require to align all CFTs on service rollout. Moreover, this role would require prioritizing the services/features development based on the budget and the input from Product Heads.

This position will be also responsible for:

Lead the new product instruction process for specific Hybrid Connectivity Services

Manage the sign-off of the business requirements from CFTs

Manage HCS budget i.e. capex, opex for Hybrid Connectivity Services

Management and maintain the stage governance status of all product/features to adhere to the AOP plan.

Lead the end-to-end product development and beta deployments

Chair the CFT call and report any deviation from the target RFS date.

Document, review and gain BRD approval from all CFT stakeholders in order start the development of the end-product.

Responsibility for the product life-cycle management when non-standard process or minor modifications are required.
