Releasing welcome emails to new clients as well as rate cards
Updating MMX portal with newly onboarded client rates
Checking, preparing and releasing individual price update requests
Maintaining data in the Customer Special Pricing Log regularly (including tier based pricing)
Preparing WAC for different products whenever required
Corresponding with clients over email about pricing related questions
Updating the email ids on portal to ensure clients receive rates correctly
Corresponding with MMs to ensure the correct rates are released to clients
Preparation of Routing matrix for bulk update of Assigned product
Checking upon negative cases and sending them to MMs for feedback
Preparing base files for all client currencies
Sending price lists to all clients in the required format
Correcting data in the MMX portal while doing re rating
Preparation of base learning and re-rating file
Null case file preparation re-rating
Ensuring teams channels are up to date with data and KPIs that need to be stored
Assisting with UAT testing on developments deployed in MMX
