Job Description


JD for Asst. Manager
Operational role as part of collections operation. The incumbent should have team handling experience and may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes. Responsibilities
Ensure achievement of collection targets and reduce outstanding collections and ageing bucket.
Maintain customer receivables.
Track payments and timely application of payments.
Analyse accounts and escalate issues/take appropriate action in a timely manner.
Monthly reporting/tracking of the portfolio handled. Minimum qualification experience
B Com and Preferably MBA/PGDBM Finance with 3-4 yrs Accounting or finance experience with 1-2 yrs team handling experience. Desired Skill sets
Basic accounting procedures, MS office, Good at spoken and written communication in English (since requires interaction with both international customers and internal cross functional teams)
