Job Description

Operational role that works under direct supervision, responsible for day-to-day Cessation of Customer service in Network as well in the respective Inventories.
Act as an SME for process and address the process related queries
 
Responsibilities
  • Validate customer cease request mail
  • Check all the customer details are available in our provisioning inventories.
  • Log the A-ref in SFDC / CFD and submit the request and raise cease order in Order Management tool
  • Creating cease order form with all mandatory information.(like Requestor, Customer Contact, Circuit reference, other associated references, Billing ref & Customer required date)
  • Analyze and validate the order form and raise cease order based on the provisioning system.
  • Perform and execute soft cease and Hard cease for transmission end.
  • Place the cease request for respective tail for portal or through mail for other licensed operator.
  • Recovery of Equipments (Router / ADVA or Mux) from Customer end.
  • Terminate the customer details in network and inventories
  • Schedule and coordinate with Field Engineer to recover the Equipments
  • Handling escalations & resolving Cease related issues
  • Should keep good quality of work, maintain data integrity
  • Quick response to customer queries
  • Co-ordinating with the Project managers in providing solution to complex situations
  • Should possess very good verbal and written communications skills
  • Responsible for generating in process improvement ideas
  • Review the Process document on regular time interval and keep it updated
  • Responsible for training of new joiners and onboarding the resources into process
  • First point of contact for team members to address the process related queries
  • Responsible for generating the reports related to the process on weekly and monthly basis
Minimum qualification & experienceAny Graduate / Postgraduate
5 to 7 years of Experience in Telecom domain Desired Skill sets
  • Knowledge on telecom products/services like Wireless, IP services & Fixed etc.
  • Basic understanding of telecom standards & protocols
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective Communication Skills - Written & Verbal
