Area Collection Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team responsible for collection of Commercial Vehicles (CV) & Construction Equipment (CE) loans across assigned areas.
  
• Oversee daily operations to achieve targets, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding amounts from customers.
  
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor collections progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
  
• Develop strategies to improve collection efficiency, reduce delinquencies, and enhance customer relationships.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex cases and escalate critical issues when necessary.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in commercial vehicle loan or construction equipment finance industry.
  
• Strong knowledge of CV & CE loan products, including financing options and risk management techniques.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
