Roles and Responsibilities
- To Identify & generate leads by means of research & tools, a list of companies, and shortlist contacts to create and run an outbound sales campaign.
- To actively seek out new sales leads & qualify leads through outreach efforts, networking and sending highly personalized communications via email and social messages.
- To create new sales opportunities through outbound reach outs via various mediums such as emails, Linkedin etc.
- To set up exploratory meetings with prospective customers.
- To Build long-term relationships based on trust and empathy with prospects, understand customers' diverse, specific business needs, and apply product knowledge to meet those needs.
- To perform diligent tracking of outreach campaigns & reporting on CRM tools, aiming to crush target numbers.
- To report to the Sales Manager on sales activity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Masters in Agribusiness.
- 3-5 years' experience in customer-facing roles.
- Experience using business tools like Excel, LinkedIn & CRM tools.
- Experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales is highly desirable.
Must Have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of Agriculture Domain.
- Highly motivated individual, a sales enthusiast and zeal to deliver strong results.
- A keen learner and ready to excel in ground-up execution.
- A go-getter and strong ability to multi-task.
