SAP SD Head : Expert and System analyst

Role & responsibilities

1. ERP implementations in S/4 Hana at corporate and subsidiaries in respective business area, system enhancement and support.

2. Incorporate best industry practices and drive common process solutions across TACO group companies.

3. Work closely with businesses to understand improvement needs and drive these improvements within IT.

4. Ensure ongoing training of end users through business core team.

5. Document the work instructions, training manual on the ongoing basis

6. Understand trouble spots and work for resolution.

7. Follow the IT project management methodology.

8. Drive customer led continuous improvement culture.

9. Learn functionalities in at least one more business area to take over as a shadow resource as and when required.

10. Learn basics of data base and functionalities.

Functional Skills Required

1. Basic strengths in his/ her area of business

2. Sound knowledge of ERP, systems, and other applications.

3. Understanding of big business picture and relationship to the role.

4. Ability to design, develop and implement projects (project management skills ).

5. Ability to work with end users and leadership team.

6. Good learning initiatives.

7. Six Sigma skill will be an added advantage

Preferred candidate profile

About 12-15 years in the manufacturing/sales domain and 3+ in SAP in the related domain from a reputed company. Export process-related knowledge is preferred. Should also have knowledge for interfaces with incoming orders and outgoing deliveries through EDI / web through out in supply chain .

Multi culture work experience outside of India will be added advantage .
