SAP PM Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant to manage and optimize plant maintenance processes using SAP PM. The ideal candidate will have 68 years of hands-on experience in SAP PM implementation, configuration, and support, ensuring seamless maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support SAP PM module to enhance plant maintenance processes.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Handle preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance processes in SAP PM.
• Configure and manage master data, maintenance plans, task lists, notifications, and work orders.
• Integrate SAP PM with other SAP modules (MM, PP, FI/CO) for streamlined operations.
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Support SAP PM enhancements, upgrades, and migration projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6–10 years of relevant SAP PM experience in implementation, support, or rollout projects.
• Strong knowledge of plant maintenance processes and SAP PM configuration.
• Experience in master data management, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and refurbishment processing.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and provide SAP-based solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
