Role & responsibilities

Hiring for Relationship Manager - AUM who will be reporting to the Sales Manager and he/she will have to onboard part time hires.

The job dimensions will include the candidate to cover the specified locations as assigned by the internal stakeholders and external vendor/customers.

Preferred candidate profile

Recruitment and team building:

1. Recruit and onboard team members to strengthen sales team.

2. Train and guide new team members to enhance their performance.

Sales Planning:

1.Develop and implement short term and long term plans to achieve sale targets.

2. Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.

Field work and prospecting:

1. Conduct a joint fieldwork (JFW) with team members to drive business growth.

2. Schedule meetings with prospects to conduct need analysis.
