Job Description

Key Result Areas

Responsible for revenue generation from existing customers for the digital channel

Supervise the day-to-day operations of the call center

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Establish performance goals and objectives for call center agents and monitor progress.

Oversee daily operations of the call center and ensure that staff are meeting performance objectives.

Develop and implement training programs for call center agents to maximize sales performance.

Collaborates with call centre and conduct skill gap analysis to identify areas of improvement.

Analyze customer data to develop targeted sales campaigns.

Reporting

Decile wise performance and improvement tracking
Process weekly sales leads reports for submission to management.
Evaluate performance with key metrics (occupancy, TT, AHT, login hours etc.)
Prepare monthly and weekly business presentation for different departments or upper management.
