Job Description
- ARM Recruitment and Development:
- Identify, Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of 6 to 7 ARMs.
- Ensure the team operates at full strength by hiring or replacing ARMs as needed within the manpower budget.
- Business Planning, Implementation & Goalsheet Drive:
- Drive ARMs to achieve their defined goal sheet.
- Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement business plans.
- Execute strategies to meet sales targets and enhance market presence.
- Supervision and Review:
- Monitor, evaluate, and review ARM performance.
- Conduct periodic reviews with the Zonal Head (supervisor).
- Address performance gaps and provide constructive feedback to ARMs.
- Timely Reporting:
- Submit required reports within specified timelines.
- Provide accurate data on team performance and business metrics.
- Bachelor s degree in any discipline (preferably business, finance, or marketing).
- Familiarity of local market, Recruitment Skills,
- Proven experience (6-7) in sales and team management, preferably in Life insurance
- Understanding of life insurance products and market dynamics.
