Assistant Manager - Quality

Job Purpose:

"Continual improvement on shop floor process, Cycle time optmizations, shop floor data collection Development and implementation of perfromance metrices (OEE, OLE, Capacity planning) To support to achieve departmental goal"

Job Responsibilities:

• Administrative / Co-Ordination - Improvement actions for internal customer satisfaction-MFA score 5% Responsible for Various Departmental, Operational and Functional Reviews to represent plant PPC & provide updates 5%
• Execution / Implementation - Data collection and analysis and implementation on shop floor with help of shop floor team 15% Cycle time data collectiona and propoase CT reduction 10% CIB meeting attendance 5% Cunduct 5S Audits, Shop floor Visualization. 5% Actively participation in workshops 5% Actively participation in workshops 5%
• People Related - Approve Attendance, Leave, work Desk tickets etc. 5% Conduct Performance Evaluation for the team 5% Create Rotational training 5%
• Strategic - Shopfloor actual time data collection and anlysis 15% NVA identification and Analysis 5% NVA reductions 5% Continous improvement 5%
