Job Purpose:

The role focuses on managing ISMS (Information Security Management System) and incident management activities. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with security standards, handling security incidents and coordinating response efforts

Job Responsibilities:

• Administrative / Co-Ordination - 1.Preparation of ATR (Action Taken Report) and documentation with respect to cybersecurity incidents in coordination with various teams. 2.Operation and maintenance of the audit management tool, ensuring records are up-to-date with closure status and coordinating with respective teams in AAI for timely resolution of reported vulnerabilities.
• Execution / Implementation - 1.Implementing a well-defined incident response strategy, including preparation, detection and analysis, containment, mitigation, investigation and forensics, communication and reporting, recovery, lessons learned, and future protection. 2.Conducting Application Security Assessments (including VAPT) and Source Code Reviews of newly installed servers, web applications, and network devices in DC/DR, as required. 3.Carrying out digital forensic investigations to analyze and validate potential cyber breaches, followed by Root Cause Analysis and providing recommendations to prevent reoccurrence.
• People Related - Assisting and collaborating with cross-functional teams across the incident management lifecycle to ensure comprehensive and coordinated responses
• Strategic - 1.Developing insights and recommendations from incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis to enhance the organization’s cybersecurity posture and prevent future vulnerabilities. 2.Driving continuous improvement of incident response strategies and aligning them with evolving cybersecurity threats and organizational goals.
