Analyst Channel Partnerships - Target Plus

• Sourcing Strategy: E2E managing healthy portfolio of channel partnerships that allow Target Plus to meet and/or exceed short and long-term business strategies . Grow partner base via channel partner program with great eye for detail to formulate and complete effective lead generation and recommendations . Identify and recommend new strategic channel opportunities through ongoing market research.

• Business Insights & Recommendation: Lead w eekly/monthly /quarterly meetings to strategize on top improvement opportunities . Joint working with channel partners to grow effective lead base and business share per channel partner.

• Product Partnerships : Develop BRD s /Improvise systems, processes, and procedures in support of identification, engagement, and development of strategic and high value channel partnerships . Supervise training and documentation need s for channel partners to be successful with Target Plus . Help in Defining channel success metrics, evaluate channel performance and recommend improvements through key metric tracking and analysis.

• Partner Communications : Communicate information about platform updates and enhancements to channel partners. Collaborate with internal and external teams to improve the experience for channel partnerships .

About you:

• Bachelors degree in business management or equivalent educational qualification .

• 3 - 5 years in vendor/partner mgmt. , using digital applications or ecommerce experience preferred .

• Strong analytic, and communication skills to build long-term internal and external relationships.

• Sales operations experience is of high importance, including problem solving and project management skills .

• Ability to build and maximize relationships with partners, both internal and external .

• Strong strategic development skills and the ability to create implementation plan .
