Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepare for : Company & Individual :

a. Vendor payment monitoring & Ledger updation

b. Fund Flow & Cash Flow

c. Asset Liability Statement

d. Periodical MIS

e. Profitability Statement

f. Advance Tax & Income Tax Returns

g. Project Reports

• Mutual Fund, Equity & Other Investment
• Knowledge, compliances & TDS working of Income Tax
• Knowledge & Compliances of GST
  
  

Desired Candidate Skills:

• Experience in Real Estate Development of 3 years : MUST
• Experience in Tally software, Advance Excel : MUST
• Good Oral & written Communication in English
• Analytical Skills and ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to prioritize effectively, be flexible as needs change
• Ability to work on own initiative single person & monitor Team
• Clear thinking / problem solving skills and ability to quickly grasp new ideas
• Co-ordinating with Internal & External Stakeholders

Educational Qualification : Any Graduate - B.Com + C.A. (Inter) / C.M.A.(Inter Role & responsibilities
