Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Architect to design and define data architecture. This role focuses on establishing the foundational infrastructure for a centralized data management and analytics framework, integrating multi-tenant ERP, CRM, and customer portal solutions, and ensuring seamless connections between internal and external systems.

The Data Architect will ensure that the data architecture supports real-time reporting, compliance, scalability, and modular enhancements while aligning with phased implementation roadmap. The platform will leverage existing tools like SAIL Salesforce CRM and introduce modern ERP and analytics systems to replace legacy platforms. Cloud-based deployments will be emphasized for scalability, cost efficiency, and ecosystem integration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Infrastructure Design:
   • Design data infrastructure to support multi-tenant ERP, CRM, and customer portal integrations.
   • Align infrastructure with cloud-based platforms for scalability and cost efficiency.
2. Middleware Data Integration:
   • Architect a middleware layer to connect internal systems (ERP, CRM, and data warehouse) with external systems (e.g., banking APIs).
   • Develop scalable and efficient data pipelines for real-time data flow and processing.
3. Data Management and Analytics Framework:
   • Establish a centralized data management framework to enable real-time reporting and compliance tracking.
   • Design data models, schemas, and governance policies to ensure consistency and security.
   • Incorporate advanced analytics capabilities for predictive and prescriptive insights.
4. Security and Compliance:
   • Define a robust data security architecture to ensure data integrity, access control, and compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
   • Implement best practices for data encryption, auditing, and monitoring in cloud and multi-tenant environments.
5. Scalability and Modular Design:
   • Ensure the architecture supports future scalability and modular enhancements.
   • Design flexible systems to accommodate evolving business requirements and adopt new technology.
6. Collaboration and Documentation:
   • Collaborate with Solution Architects, technical leads, and stakeholders to align data architecture with broader system architecture.
   • Provide comprehensive documentation for data architecture, workflows, and governance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in data architecture design for multi-tenant platforms.
• Proficiency in Azure data platforms.
• Strong experience with middleware integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Talend, Apache Kafka).
• Advanced knowledge of data modeling, schema design, and database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
• Hands-on experience with real-time analytics platforms and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• In-depth understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
