Our Data team brings extensive experience in Data Engineering and Data Architecture, delivering solutions aligned with industry standards and regulatory compliance. With expertise in designing Enterprise Data platforms covering Data Integration, Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and Analytics, we focus on delivering scalable data infrastructure that drives the business impact of our customers.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing modern data solutions. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehouse architecture.

What Youll Do:

Reduce time to insight by translating strategic requirements into data architecture, informing the business on the vision and roadmap of systems and data design

Lead the architecture, design and implementation of modular and scalable data models and infrastructure to enhance analytics efficacy.

Develop comprehensive entity-relationship models, write analytic queries, and establish guidelines for improved data governance.

Research and implement new technologies and best practices and incorporate AI and LLMS into our solutions

Establish guidelines, controls, and processes to improve ingestion, integration, validation, governance

Mentor junior team members and establish standards and governance practices across the data organization.

Apply software engineering best practices and evaluate emerging data technologies to support effective adoption.

Requirements
What Youll Need:

10+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Architecture, or similar roles.

Strong SQL skills, proficiency in Python, and experience with diverse database management systems.

Familiarity with modern data stack tooling and cloud data warehouses.

Familiarity with working with both batch and streaming/event-driven architectures

Routinely uses git or another version control system in their workflow

Strong communication skills and experience translating data concepts and objectives to senior leadership and other collaborators/customers

Strong mentorship capabilities and familiarity with developing and coaching others

Confident and comfortable in moderndata stack tooling (AWS, Stitch/Fivetran, dbt/DataForm, Looker/Tableau, etc.) and cloud data warehouses (BigQuery/Redshift/Snowflake)
