Remote Deployment/Installation Coordinator

Position and Duties. Your employment will be with Tillster in the position of Installation Coordinator reporting directly to Mindy Daly, Sr Manager - Deployment Services. This reporting structure is subject to change at the sole discretion of the Company.

Position Summary
In the role of Installation Coordinator you will work from your base location providing installation coordination efforts as detailed below. An Install Coordinator collaborates with the Deployment Services Team, Customers and Franchisees to assist with Site Readiness direction and scheduling efforts leading to the installation of their new Tillster kiosks. The Install Coordinator also manages customer relationships to boost customer retention and satisfaction. As a member of the Deployment Services team, you will customarily and regularly exercise appropriate discretion and independent judgment in the performance of your duties; and quickly identify problems, causes, and resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Triage new cases as they are delivered from our accounting team after payment
• Ensure database is accurate and reflective of current status of each case/site
• Track progress of site through communication with Install Program Leads, Account Managers and Franchisees
• Respond in a timely manner to email inquiries
• Send Communications checking on sites following the established timeline

• Coordinate with Program Leads to assist with any scheduling efforts for both Surveys and Installs
  • Contacting Vendor Partners
  • Communicating with Franchisees on timing
• Coordinate with Vendor Manager and Program Lead to release hardware
• Coordinate with Vendor Manager and Program Lead to issue services orders to partners for scheduled installs.
• Follow up on Self-Install sites for hardware and install appointments utilizing the communication timeline
• Follow up on open requests needing resolution
• Client meetings as needed, required, or directed
• Assist Install Support Team with locating site plans as requested
• Ensure Database records are accurate and up to date
• Other duties as needed, required, or directed.
