Job Description
- GHS (indoor/ outdoor):- GHS No's and Value Buyer enrolment of 24% with Store AEV maintained
- Conducting Marketing activities:- Need to cover the catchment area for all marketing activities
- Organizing Customer Meet
- Retail Metrics:- Metrics - Conversion improvement minimum by 2% , Ticket size improvement min by 5%, improvement in profitable category share by 2% to total sales.
- Wedding customer focus (50 gms plus):- % share of sales improvement by 10 %
- Purple/IAT/GMB/NPS tracking:- Maintain Purple club database and engagement with customer, Increase business contribute, IAT, GMB.NPS
- Addressing customer grievance and complaints:- Number of customer issues resolved, min 3% improvement in both Csat as well as Mystery Audit score.
- Maintenance of customer database:- At least 01 customer delight story every month
- Maintaining grooming standard:- Grooming score
