Senior Executive/Lead - Learning and Development

We are looking for an individual for the Sr Executive/Lead - Learning & Development role with ideally 6 plus years of experience. Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore. work mode: Work from office.

• Identifying training and development needs within in group companies.
• Arranging training/session based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
• Creating training programs that align with the organization's goals and incorporate various training techniques
• Building and maintaining relationships with employees, managers, external trainers, and other stakeholders
• Collaborating with department heads and managers to identify training needs and design effective training solutions
• Preparing materials and delivering in-house soft skills training programs.
• Evaluating training effectiveness of the training. MIS - Training reports.
• Strong executive presence, excellent communication, and relationship development skills,
• Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, deadline-driven environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time
• Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
