Job Description
Operations Head of Talrop is a vital member of our management team, responsible for strategizing, planning and implementing initiatives while working closely with other departments to optimize overall operation of the organization.
Responsibilities : Lead, mentor and supervise the team members. Set performance goals provide feedback and conduct regular performance evaluations. Collaborate with various departments to align efforts with overall organizations goals. Oversee cross functional projects to ensure seamless coordination among different teams. Manage and optimize the support operations, including shift scheduling, escalationprocedures and timely issue resolution. Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes and implement improvements toenhance team productivity.
Skills required : Ability to think strategically and develop long term plans for growth. Exceptional problem solving abilities to address complex challenges and drive effective solutions. Sound judgement and decision making skills to handle critical situations and make informedchoices. Proven track record of building and fostering a cohesive and high performing team. Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations and lead in a fast paced startup environment.
Qualifications : Bachelor s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Education or arelated discipline. Proven experience in a leadership role within an organization. Demonstrated success in managing teams and achieving performance goals.
