Founder's Office Role - Strategy & Planning - FMCG/eCommerce - IIT/IIM (3-10 yrs)

Founder's Office (Strategy & Planning) FMCG, Ecommerce, IIT, IIM only

Job Scope :

- Develop comprehensive project plans, and coordinate and prioritize project tasks and deliverables across multiple team and stakeholders.

- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

- Identify and resolve issues and risks that may impact project deadlines and objectives.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives and deliverables.

- Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed to ensure project success.

- Allocate resources effectively across projects based on priority and resource availability.

- Ensure that projects meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and best practices.

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.

- Identifying and implementing new trends

- Improvement in cross-functional collaboration leading to faster execution timelines.

- Increase in operational efficiency through process enhancements and SOP implementation.

Requirements:

- Tier 1 MBA with 2-4 years of experience or Tier 1 Undergrad/Tier 2 MBA with 4-10 years of experience in FMCG/E-Com/Fast Paced startups

- Strong work ethic and communication skills

- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle unexpected changes or challenges.

- Strong Advanced Excel and Presentation skills

- Candidate should be very strong in operations and strategy

- Strong Advanced Excel and Presentation skills

- Should be from FMCG/E-Com/Fast Paced startups only.
