Lead - Operations (5-10 yrs)

Operations Lead

You will be responsible for the:

- Category P&L ownership for the city

- Customer satisfaction

Key Roles:

- Recruit, train & manage the entire operations team including all levels

Your primary teams would be:

- Planning & procurement

- Warehouse & logistics

- Project execution & management

- You will onboard and liaise with the vendors with regard to pricing & scoping

- You will be responsible for the timely planning of projects to maximize CSAT and unit economics

- You will closely work with other teams like Sales, Designs, Venues, etc to ensure smooth operations across the value chain

- Provide regular updates, insights & feedback to the central team & founders

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, architecture or design is preferred

- 5 to 10 years of operations experience

- Experience in managing teams of 20+ members

- MBA is a bonus

- Category P&L ownership for the city

- Onboard and liaise with the vendors

- Maximize CSAT and unit economics

- Experience in managing teams of 20+ members

- Only MALE Candidates are required

- Candidate should be from startup whether grown up or can be from renowned companies like Flipkart or Amazon or similar to these ecommerce companies
