Role Summary :

- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic City CEO / Head to head our Hyperlocal - Quick Commerce team in Bangalore. The person will be working closely with one of our key clients, and scaling their QC business 20X over the next year. The ideal candidate should have experience of handling last mile ops for >20 QC stores in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage Last Mile ops for >50 QC stores in Bangalore.

2. Develop and lead a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence.

3. Streamline , optimize and enforce last-mile delivery Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

4. Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.

5. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in last-mile city operations, with a focus on grocery delivery and quick commerce.

- Demonstrated success in P&L management and team leadership.

- Strong grasp of hyperlocal logistics and supply chain management.

- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with data analytics tools and logistics management software.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to adapt and thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
