Software Developer - Java/Python (3-7 yrs)

We seek a skilled and motivated - Japanese Technical Developer- to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and proficiency in the Japanese language (both written and verbal). This role involves collaborating with Japanese-speaking stakeholders, analyzing technical requirements, and delivering robust software solutions tailored to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders to gather, understand, and document technical requirements.

- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions and applications.

- Translate technical documentation and user requirements between Japanese and English.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and technical issues effectively.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and QA teams, to ensure project success.

- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members in Japanese.

- Stay updated on the latest technological trends and apply best practices in software development.

Requirements :

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or other relevant technologies.

- Experience in developing web applications, APIs, or mobile applications.

- Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and version control systems (Git).

- Knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.

- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Language Skills :

- Fluent in Japanese (N1, N2 & N3 OR N4 level preferred under the JLPT framework).

- Strong communication skills in English for global collaboration.

Educational Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Relevant certifications in programming or software development are an advantage.

Experience :

- 3+ years of experience in software development or a similar role.

- Experience working in bilingual (Japanese-English) environments is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in translating technical documents or requirements between Japanese and English.

- Understanding of Japanese business culture and etiquette.

- Prior experience in working with Japanese clients or organizations.
