Summary :

As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for creating efficient and scalable solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing high-quality software applications.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

ABAP Development :

- Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP applications using ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming).

- Implement custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms (RICEFW).

Technical Design & Analysis :

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Design and document technical solutions that align with SAP best practices.

Integration :

- Work on SAP module integration (e.g., SD, MM, FI/CO, PP, HR, etc.).

- Develop and maintain IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and ALE interfaces.

Performance Optimization :

- Optimize ABAP code and troubleshoot performance issues.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and quality.

Testing & Documentation :

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with functional teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions.

- Provide technical support for SAP implementations and upgrades.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Develop efficient and scalable software applications.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Professional & Technical Skills :

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP CRM.

- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP HANA.

- Strong understanding of SAP ABAP programming language.

- Experience in developing and implementing SAP CRM solutions.

- Knowledge of SAP CRM modules and functionalities.

- Familiarity with SAP CRM integration with other systems.

- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP CRM applications.

- Solid grasp of software development best practices and methodologies.

Additional Information :

- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP CRM.

- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
