Our client is scouting for a Luxury Sales Head to be based at their HQ's in Kolkata
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to target HNIs for luxury second home projects.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
- Concept Selling: Leverage expertise in concept selling to effectively communicate the unique value propositions of luxury second homes.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes relevant to luxury real estate.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and project development teams to ensure alignment on branding, positioning, and promotional activities.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the luxury features and lifestyle benefits of the projects.
- Networking: Attend industry events and engage in networking activities to expand the client base and enhance brand visibility.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, providing regular updates to senior management.
Must haves:
- Proven track record of successful concept selling and high-value transactions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of the luxury real estate market in Kolkata is a plus.
