Job Description:

- The incumbent should have knowledge & an excellent network and understanding of the luxury industry and should be a strong communicator, with the ability to establish trust, develop relationships, and close deals.

- This role is responsible for managing residential business initiatives in local markets, from start to finish.

- This includes sourcing or clients as well as closing the deal, managing and assisting with the overall coordination, collaboration, and development of market-leading marketing and business development content and sales support collateral.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, establish, and develop relationships with potential clients, key stakeholders, and industry partners to drive business growth and expand our market presence.

- Responsible for sales of the real estate groups luxury residential property.

- Network with the HNI clients for sales, following the leads, negotiating commercial terms & closing the sale.

- Planning and implementing strategies to attract the HNI clients.

- Establishing relationships with all sales partners.

- Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters sales opportunities.

- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
