Brand Manager (5-8 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join our dynamic team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's identity and ensuring consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance market presence and drive sales growth.

- Conduct market research to identify consumer insights, trends, and competitive landscape.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to ensure alignment with brand objectives.

- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.) to promote brand initiatives.

- Monitor brand performance through key metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve targets.

- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively for brand activities.

- Prepare and present reports on brand performance and campaign effectiveness to senior management.

- Foster relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus.

- 5-8 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in a consumer goods or retail environment.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and consumer insights.

- Proven track record of successful brand campaign development and execution.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
