Data Scientist (5-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand business requirements, perform data analysis/preparation, identify appropriate AI/ML algorithms, train/validate AI/ML models and deploy them for application consumption.

- Implement Python-based APIs for application utilization.

- Assist with building automated model training pipelines, deployment process.

- Document all phases of the model development process.

- Follow Agile development practices, including participation in Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide feedback, and ensure alignment on development goals.

Key requirements:

- 5-8 years of proven experience as a data scientist.

- Extensive experience in Python.

- Familiarity with statistical models such as linear/logistic regression, Bayesian models, classification/clustering, time series models.

- Experience with deep learning models such as CNNs, RNNs, LSTM, Transformers.

- Experience with LLMs, NLP and RAG architecture.

- Working experience with Machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit learn.

- Experience with ML model pipelines and DevOps tools for automated deployments.

- Proficient in version control using GitHub, including branching strategies, pull requests, and issue tracking Insert Footer Here.

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies and working within Scrum teams.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross functional teams.
