HR Business Partner (Private Equity, Venture Capital, Fund Management, or Financial Services) (Investment Banking)
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Business Support:
- Act as an HR advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Partner with department heads to identify workforce challenges and propose HR solutions.
- Support in driving HR initiatives that align with business goals, such as talent acquisition, retention, and development programs.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Support workforce planning initiatives, including headcount forecasting and succession planning.
Performance Management & Employee Development:
- Support the performance review process by assisting managers in setting objectives, providing feedback, and conducting performance discussions.
- Assist in identifying training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
- Support career development initiatives and succession planning efforts.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related concerns.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
- Support HR initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Assist in the administration of salary reviews, promotions, and bonus programs.
- Support compensation benchmarking efforts to ensure competitive salary structures.
- Provide employees with information on benefits programs and policies.
HR Policies, Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR policies in all HR activities.
- Maintain HR records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Support HR reporting and analytics to provide insights on workforce trends.
Timing: 11am - 8pm
Work from office
Compensation - 22 to 24 Lacs
Notice Period - Immediate to One Month
