Head - Corporate Sales
Designation: Manager/Senior Manager
Location: Gurugram - WFO
Experience: 5+ Yrs
Qualification: MBA (Tier 1 or Tier 2 )
Preferring someone from Food / FMCG Industry background and have exposure in Corporate Gifting Solutions (B2B).
Responsibilities:
Business Strategy & Growth:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate gifting strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships with corporate clients.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market demands to enhance product offerings.
Sales & Business Development:
- Generate and convert leads for corporate gifting, fostering long-term client relationships.
- Develop customized gifting solutions tailored to different industries and corporate needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations for personalized gifting solutions.
- Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Operations & Supply Chain Management:
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely sourcing, customization, and delivery of gifts.
- Optimize inventory management, vendor partnerships, and quality control processes.
- Implement technology-driven solutions to streamline order management and fulfillment.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Build and lead a high-performing team to drive corporate gifting sales and operations.
- Set performance goals, conduct training, and mentor team members for professional growth.
- Foster a culture of innovation, customer-centricity, and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
Master's in Business Administration( Tier 1 Or Tier 2 ), Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate gifting, business development, or B2B sales.
- Strong network and experience in dealing with corporate clients across industries.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing P&L responsibilities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and supply chain management
Must Haves:
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic and customer-focused approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience in branding, luxury, or premium corporate gifting solutions is a plus.
