Responsibilities :
a) Develop and execute a sales strategy to establish the Tech/AI vertical and achieve revenue, profitability, and market goals.
b) Build and manage a sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure.
c) Analyze competitors and refine sales strategies to enhance market positioning.
d) Collaborate with technical teams to create tailored, market-aligned solutions.
e) Lead product demonstrations and address client inquiries effectively.
f) Develop marketing materials and coordinate campaigns to generate leads.
g) Represent the vertical at industry events and drive brand promotion.
h) Build and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve targets.
i) Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and refine strategies for improvement.
j) Cultivate long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
k) Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and untapped regions.
The role is with a Consulting Organization based out of Mumbai. Though the role is hybrid, only Mumbai based candidates will be considered.
Max Compensation - 18 Lacs
Qualification - MBA from Tier II Management Institute
Experience in International SAAS Sales Mandatory.
