Inside Sales from Freight Forwarding or Liner Shipping Industry

Role & responsibilities

Candidate should be Graduate with experience in Container Liner Shipping or Freight Forwarding Inside Sales.

Should be dynamic, go-getter with good oral and written communication skills.

Should have strong customer orientation and good contacts with Shippers / Intermediaries.

Will be responsible for achieving targets and ensuring timely collections.

Will negotiate freight rates with customer basis approval from Line Managers.

Additional responsibilities will include maintaining and updating customer records in ERP system.
