- We are hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for non-tech hiring roles at an AI/ML research and development company.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruiting and successfully closing non-tech roles such as in operations, marketing, sales, and customer success.
- You will be directly reporting to the CHRO of the company and expected to close 30 critical positions in a year
Role and Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers and department leads to understand role requirements and key competencies needed for success.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Ensure a positive and transparent candidate experience from application through to offer acceptance.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and provide regular reports on recruitment progress, assessment outcomes, and hiring metrics.
- Communicate clearly with candidates about the recruitment process and provide timely feedback.
