Job Title: Manager- Community Business
Location: Hyderabad, India
Role Overview:
- This opportunity is with a leading ISP providing high-speed broadband services in select markets across India. With a focus on delivering cutting-edge connectivity solutions, the company is expanding its presence in community/large residential complexes within Hyderabad, and is now looking to hire a dynamic individual to drive scale and efficiencies.
- You will be responsible for overseeing and driving the sales and operations strategies, ensuring growth and profitability within the targeted market segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a strategic vision for the Community Business division in alignment with the overall company objectives.Drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability through effective planning and execution.
Sales Management:
- Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets within the community segment.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property management companies and resident associations.
Operations Management:
- Oversee end-to-end operations of the community business, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Implement and optimize operational processes to enhance productivity and minimize costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve service quality.
Financial Management:
- Own the P/L responsibility for the Community Business division.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Implement cost control measures while maximizing revenue streams.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performance team.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the team.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure individual and collective success.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Use insights to make data-driven decisions and adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Masters in Business Administration.
- Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in a leadership role, preferably in the telecom or broadband industry.
- Strong understanding of sales, operations, and financial management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance.
