Role Name: AGM - Sales & Operations, Community Business (Apartment complexes)
Location: Hyderabad
Will be overall responsible for the P/L of the Community Business vertical
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit annual sales plan and budget to Business Head for approval covering Bandwidth, Leased Lines, geographic spread of community clients, sales manpower plan and projected revenues.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Design and implement sales strategies to ensure achievement of sales and ARPU targets as per the approved plan
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping with current supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Assume administrative control for community business vertical.
- Ensure implementations of approved sales promotions schemes across the Community Business Vertical.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with external partners, local businesses, and stakeholders to create mutually beneficial partnerships that enhance the community business network.
- Act as a key representative of the company in community events and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility and trust.
- Submit periodic market intelligence report on Market trends, Contemporary Products and Competitors practices.
- Provide feedback to management on market response to new product launches
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; Ensure implementations of approved sales promotions schemes across the Community Business Vertical.
- Need to maintain 100% adherence to the processes and policies of the company.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Educational & Experience requirements:
- MBA from reputed institute with 12 - 15 years of experience
- Should have handled a sales team in a mid to large size organization
Key Personal Attributes:
- Ability to handle large teams and handle multifunctional projects
- Must possess Strong interpersonal abilities
- Must have Strong negotiation, communication & presentation skills
- Hands on experience in B2C/direct sales/Retail Sales
- Local/Working knowledge of the city preferable
