Presales Engineer - Cybersecurity (2-4 yrs)

Job Title : Presales Engineer - Cybersecurity

Location : Mumbai (WFO)

Exp : 2-4 years in presales of any cybersecurity products or solutions

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise.

- Prepare and deliver product presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept solutions to customers.

- Design tailored solutions based on customer needs, leveraging the company's products and services.

- Assist in creating proposals, including solution architecture, timelines, and cost estimations.

- Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for customers and internal teams.

- Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and customer queries with technical insights and recommendations.

- Provide detailed technical documentation for sales and customer teams.

- Stay up to date with the latest product developments, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

- Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective customers.

- Act as a liaison between sales, technical teams, and customers throughout the sales cycle.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- (2-4 )years of experience in a Presales Engineer or similar technical sales role.

- Strong knowledge of [relevant technology, product, or industry].

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to understand and analyze customer requirements and map them to the company's offerings.

- Experience with solution design, architecture, and configuration.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Previous experience in Cybersecurity preferable
