We are currently hiring CFO/ Finance Director / CFO Designate for an IT client.

Job Description:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.

- Analyze financial performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and providing insights to the Senior Management.

- Prepare financial reports and presentations for the Board of Directors meeting and AGM.

- Analyse the profitability of each project and give report to the senior management

- Develop and oversee the company's CSR strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and legal compliance.

Treasury Management:

- Develop and implement effective cash management strategies to optimize liquidity.

- Manage the company's investment portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

- Forecast funding requirements and maintain optimal working capital levels.

- Evaluate and implement hedging strategies for mitigating financial risks, including interest rate and currency exposures.

Banking Relationship Management:

- Build relationships with banking institutions (Commercial Banks & large NBFCs) for debt funding.

- Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to secure favourable credit terms and facilities.

- Work with the banks to managing forex risks due to currency fluctuations.

Accounting Operations:

- Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and month-end closing processes.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.

- Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.

- Ensure Invoices are raised on time and report the delay or deviation to the senior management.

Strategic Initiatives:

- Participate in strategic planning discussions, providing financial insights and recommendations to support business growth.

- Evaluate potential cost reduction opportunities and operational efficiencies.

- Partner with business units to optimize resource allocation for IT project delivery and operational excellence.

Transfer Pricing:

- Implement strategies for tax optimization while ensuring compliance with domestic and international tax laws.

- Ensure transfer pricing policies align with the company's overall financial and operational objectives.

- Design transfer pricing strategies to minimize tax liabilities while remaining compliant with Indian tax laws.

- Ensure all intercompany agreements are documented appropriately and align with the transfer pricing policy.

- Evaluate potential transfer pricing risks and ensures robust mechanisms to mitigate disputes.

Statutory Audit:

- Collaborate with auditors to set realistic timelines and milestones for each phase of the audit.

- Ensure Audit deadlines are met without compromising accuracy or compliance.

- Ensure the audit process runs smoothly without disrupting daily operations.

- Ensure the organization meets statutory reporting and filing deadlines.

Invoicing and Accounts Receivables:

- Monitor the receivables component of the cash conversion cycle to ensure efficient working capital management.

- Implement strategies to minimize exposure to credit risks.

- Ensure timely escalation of unresolved disputes to avoid delays in collections.

- Implement robust follow-up systems and negotiates better payment terms to avoid delayed customer payments.
