Position Head - Sales (Director)

Location Bangalore

Reports to Founder / CEO

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Head to oversee & create brand visibility and new client acquisition of the company within the Global geographies. This role will involve detailed contract reviews, MIS analysis to derive actionable insights, and the development of new growth strategies to support the company's growth and profitability. This role will be responsible for Business planning, analysis, risk management, and driving financial decision-making processes across the organization and this is a P&L Leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Building teams, up selling/drive numbers

- Passionate about driving numbers and completing client projects

- Set and achieve bench mark for the customer engagement and customer success

- Manage partnerships and collaboration for competency building

- Manpower planning for the future growth, responsible for forming a solid sales team in supporting the company's aspirations and creating a conducive work climate

- Implementation of client growth strategies and reporting

Leadership:

- Ability to influence client move and inspire a large team in a unified direction towards a common vision

- Deep understanding of how Outsourcing / Captives / Global Capability Centres in India and other geographies works

Collaboration

- Ability to influence client move and inspire a large team in a unified direction towards a common

- Liaise with all the teams to create and implement strategies, structure, budget and vision

Motivation:

- Demonstrate a positive "Can Do" attitude, willing to roll up sleeves and get things done.

Skills:

- Actively build and sustain positive internal client relationships

- Predict, project business based on newer markets understanding

- Deriving a solution based on customer pain point and execute solutions customer centric

- Building enduring relationships with all levels of clients

- Actively build and sustain positive client relationships, providing continuous support and direction by understanding the business needs

- Think outside the box to deliver new ideas and creative approaches to constantly improve customer experience

- Strategic interface with major and critical customers and the ability to impact the decision-makers at each key customer's

- Contract review and negotiation

- MIS reporting and actionable insights

- Risk management and compliance

- Stakeholder communication

- Excellent in Client Relationship and Key Account Management

Education & Experience:

- PG Diploma or Master's Degree from well-regarded Institutes or equivalent education with 10+ years of experience in B2B - IT Solution (ERPs / SaaS Services) selling / Pre-Sales / New Client acquisition

- Strong knowledge of local industry trends and market analysis

- Experience in contract review, MIS reporting, and driving & building new strategies

- Proficiency in HRIS Management software and advanced Excel skills

- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.

- Familiarity with ERP systems and software

- Strong relationship management skills with CXO's / CHROs / Executive Board Members / Senior Leadership

- Someone who has led / made / handled business deals in the range of $10-20M and grew the business to 2/3 xxx for the organization
