Backend Engineer - Java/Spring (3-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Work with product management and development teams to build backend systems from scratch by writing reusable and maintainable code.

- Implementing a highly performant, secure, and scalable backend system.

- Reviewing and optimizing the backend performance by monitoring key metrics and improving the system proactively.

Requirements :

- 3 to 6 years of experience in developing backend systems.

- Proficient experience in Java, Spring, Hibernate, MySQL / PostgreSQL.

- Sound knowledge of design patterns, security, performance, and troubleshooting.

- Familiarity with agile development practices like code review, unit and regression testing, and continuous deployment.

- Experience in building Saas applications is preferred.
