Talent Acquisition Specialist (Marol Location)

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for assessing Talent Needs, developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates at Mid-level & Leadership hiring.
• Identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as Job portals, social media platforms, networking, employee referrals and screening right fit profiles.
• Responsible for end to end recruitment process.
• Ensuring positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and providing timely feedback.
• Developing and promoting the organizations employer brand to attract talent by collaborating with Marketing & HR Teams.
• Building and maintaining good relationships with stake holders and prospective candidates.
• Perform market intelligence and competitor analysis.
• Manage multiple projects by multitasking.
• Tracking Recruitment Metrics and analysing data to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data driven improvements.
• Responsible for documents verification and releasing the offer letter.
