Candidate Experience

• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain regular communication.

Data Management and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Analyze recruitment metrics and present reports to management on hiring progress and challenges.
